This unique target market program supplies all the tools and techniques necessary to bridge into the luxury marketplace and sell/market top-tier homes.
The CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates program criteria has been created to better meet the needs of System members serving luxury homebuyers and sellers. Following is the criteria for properties, agents, and offices:
Designated Property
- National Marketing (national luxury home advertising program subsidized by Century 21 Real Estate LLC via Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates listing magazine) - The residential property must be valued in the top 10% of the local marketplace and have a minimum listing price of $500,000. Listing prices will only be shown for listings priced at $750,000 and over.
- Local Marketing (i.e., local publications and yard signs) - The residential property must be priced in the top 10% of the property's local market place. The market's threshold of home prices is determined by calculating the top ten percent of home sale prices for the local MLS. These statistics must be based on residential properties only and must be adjusted annually.
Designated "Luxury Home Specialist"
- To become a CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates designated agent, the agent must be assigned the designation by their Broker and work from a designated office. Designated agents can include the "Luxury Home Specialist" designation on their marketing materials. Agents take The CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates® training course to be provided with insight and tips on how to increase luxury home sales production. Offices that apply and qualify for this prominent designation get a wealth of resources for promoting the luxury end of their business, from high-profile advertising and marketing to pitch presentation support.
